Growing Into Purpose offerings support and guide people to transform a resistance mindset to one of resilience and find comfort, confidence, clarity, and purpose while navigating day to day existence and challenges. The approach is simple - focus on YOU! All of you - Heart, Mind, Body & Spirit - your mental, emotional, energetic, physical and spiritual being to cultivate your capacity to build an unshakeable refuge within that will strengthen and grow your resilience mindset in any circumstance. My blended approach of personal mentoring, evidence-based research strategies, and guided inner journey’s focus on a mindset transformation with achievable and sustainable results. These exploratory experiences will help to uncover underlying causes and conditions that create resistance, unblock and strengthen a connection with your intuition, and extract and replace limiting mindset beliefs that result in healthy mindful responses that provide insight, guidance and a resilient mindset when navigating life’s storms.

    Program consists of six, 75 minute comprehensive and transformative sessions exploring resilience in the context of your personal life, including your emotions, thoughts, challenges, and learned behaviors.

    Through traditional practices, science-based strategies and at-home activities you will learn to respond to adversity and obstacles with resilience.

    We work together to navigate individual challenges, define your unique true-self vision, understand what is blocking you from being there, and develop a set plan of actions that will help you get there and stay there. We will take a deep dive into causes and conditions that are creating resistance in your life, identify your personal strengths so you can live from those strengths, and transform how you show up with greater well-being in your life.

    Core Connection: A 6-Session Mindfulness and Immersive Meditation Journey.

    This is a transformative journey of self-discovery and inner alignment through an immersive meditation series rooted in mindfulness, called "Core Connection." Over six 90-minute sessions, you will learn about the foundational teachings of mindfulness, including a focus on the heart practices of Loving-Kindness (Metta) and Compassion (Karuna), which will aim to strengthen the vital spiritual connection between the heart, mind, and body inviting you to reset, recharge and reconnect to self, trusting the guidance and answers within.

    This series will share the benefits of meditation and encourage you to develop a consistent meditation practice, provide guidance to tap into individual inner wisdom, and most importantly support your unique journey in transforming resistance into resilience by seeking refuge in their practice.

  • Immerse yourself in a serene inner oasis of calm with our Mindful Moment Meditation sits. Sessions are designed for both beginners and seasoned practitioners seeking to deepen their mindfulness practice.

    During peaceful 30-minute classes, you will be guided through a series of calming techniques to help you anchor in the present moment, reduce stress, and cultivate inner tranquility, including breath awareness, body scans, mindful observations and reflections.

    Join us and create a sanctuary of mindfulness within your daily routine. No prior experience is necessary—just bring an open heart and a willingness to explore the present moment.

  • Our Growing into Purpose meditation circles, series and events are heart-led and provide participants with a safe place to let go and grow thru momentary and immersive experiences that explore and strengthen the vital connection between your heart, mind, body, and spirit and help you tap into your inner wisdom, find balance, and discover the answers you may need.

    Sessions are open to participants of all levels, novice to experts. Share your meditation journey with like-minded individuals, fostering a sense of belonging and encouragement.
